I agree to behave and communicate in line with the Growers Hub Values at all times when in the Growers Hub space and when communicating with the Growers Hub team, committee members, board members, vendors and customers.

The Growers Hub Culture & Values Commitment is designed to provide a fun and safe working and shopping environment for everyone; vendors, team and community - to ensure we operate effectively and respectfully as a community. Breach of the Growers Hub culture will be taken seriously. A breach of culture is behaviour that is against the Growers Hub Values or general running of the cooperative, behaviour to disrupt team, vendor or shopper morale, moods or effectiveness of the cooperative processes. 

Our Growers Hub is committed to reshaping how regional Australia eats, shops, and gathers! Examples of favourable behaviours to work together to carry this out are listed below: 

  1. Kind - A little kindness can go a long way! We surprise each other with kind acts, smiles and thoughtful listening.
  2. Connected - We connect and feel connected - to each other and our natural environment. We consider the bigger picture before our own agenda and act as we’d like to be treated.
  3. Creative - We seek solutions out of challenges and use creativity to solve problems and be resourceful. We recycle, reuse and re-purpose when we can to create vibrant stalls and events for shoppers and our fellow vendor community to enjoy and grow within!
  4. Brave - We challenge the norm! We create ways to keep money in local hands and decisions guided by shared community values. We offer fair returns through a localised supply chain to nurture a new generation of regional food entrepreneurs.
