The delightful fresh citrus tang of Lemon Myrtle compliments our semi hard cheese perfectly. The unique combination of cheese and lemon myrtle is certainly a talking point of any cheese board or grazing platter.  

Lemon myrtle is Australia’s most widely used native plant. It can be found growing in the coastal areas of Northern NSW & Southern QLD.

During the cheese making process the milk is infused with crushed lemon myrtle leaf.  By infusing the milk the end result is a cheese with beautiful balance and integration of flavour.  

Match Lemon Myrtle with:

 Condiment -  We do not recommend matching our flavoured cheeses with condiments. The flavour profile allows them to stand alone.

Wine - Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris or Sparkling
