Delicious and tender grass fed steaks all grown on our farm at Holbrook. Scotch, porterhouse, flat iron, shell and bavette come individually vacuum packed. Rump medallions and rump centre cuts come two to a packet and are also vacuum packed. All steaks can be frozen. Porterhouse are cut thick - about 4cm. All our vacuum packing is made from corn starch (so no plastic) and is cold compostable and will break down in the compost or in the soil with no residue in 3 weeks.
