The native flavoured Alpine Pepper is a semi hard cheese. The palate is savoury with hints of herb and a touch of spice.

During the cheese making process the milk is infused with a blend of Native Pepper berry and pepper leaf.  By infusing the milk the end result is a cheese with beautiful balance and integration of flavour.  

Match Alpine Pepper with:

 Condiment -  We do not recommend matching our flavoured cheeses with condiments. The flavour profile allows them to stand alone.

Wine - Medium body Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon
