We’re excited to invite you to apply for the Growers Hub Summer Food Festival, a celebration of local produce, creativity, and community.
The Summer Food Festival is the launch phase of the new Growers Hub, a space where Riverina growers, makers, and locals come together to reimagine how our region eats, connects, and thrives. It’s more than a market. It’s a movement for local food culture and we’d love for you to be part of this next chapter.
How to Apply
To participate in a market stall and/or in the cooperative, you’ll need to:
- Complete the Growers Hub Trader Application Form here.
- Agree to comply with the Growers Hub Trader Terms and Conditions.
- Agree to comply with the Growers Hub Culture & Core Values.
- Once approved, you’ll receive an invitation to register your stall in Issimo for event booking.
NOTE: Vendor bookings are currently open for the 2025 Growers Hub Summer Festival period only - Coop and 2026 market bookings will open late 2025.
Event Details
Event: Growers Hub Summer Food Festival
Dates: 6th November to 20th December
- Thursday Farmers Market 1pm to 6pm
- Saturday Farmers Market 8am to 12pm
- Friday Night Food Market 5pm to 9pm
Location: Growers Hub, 4-5/180 Forsyth Street, Wagga Wagga
Set up: To be confirmed upon acceptance. Stalls are 2m x 2m, 10amp & 15amp powered and non-powered sites available.
Site Fees
Member Rate
$35 per site per day for traders who commit to attending a minimum of one day a week across the 7-week Summer Food Festival (Nov-Dec 2025) period
Casual Rate
- Thursday Market: $50 per 2x2m site per day
- Saturday Market: $50 per 2x2m site per day
- Friday Night Food & Drink Market: $250 per site per day
Bonus: Market traders who attend both the Thursday and Saturday markets will receive free* site on Friday night (*excludes ready to consume food and drink traders).
This will allow the most consistent traders to remain set up and add some bonus produce vibes to the Friday night festivities!
How to Become a Member
Traders who commit to a 12-week block of markets are considered Growers Hub Members.
Membership offers more than just discounted site fees, it’s about joining a community of producers who share resources, customers, and opportunities throughout the season. Members benefit from:
- Discounted weekly site fees
- Priority access to special events and festival stalls
- Inclusion in Growers Hub promotions and media features

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register to become a stallholder?
- Yes, you’ll need to complete the Growers Hub Trader Application Form. Once accepted, you’ll be invited to register in Issimo.
Do you have ample 15-amp power points to run my equipment?
- We’re currently working with the landlord to ensure adequate power supply for all traders.
Is my equipment able to remain onsite?
- Yes, there will be an allocated storage area charged on a rate per square metre.
- If you’d like to book storage, please email hello@growershub.com.au for a quote.
- If you plan to trade at both the Thursday and Saturday markets, you’re welcome to leave your setup in place.
- If you skip the Friday night market, you may still leave your site set up however it must be covered. Please ensure your stall is left tidy and be aware the hub is open to the public on Friday nights so if your stall is not manned, please keep your product safely tucked away.
Please note: Growers Hub takes no responsibility for any equipment or product left onsite.
Am I able to pull my mobile equipment into the facility?
- Yes, mobile trailers can be wheeled into the facility, but vehicles must not be driven inside.
Where can I park my car?
- Street parking is available in the surrounding street. Please leave parking onsite for our customers.
Can I attend market days as well as have my product in the coop in 2026?
- Yes, the coop is designed so vendors can sell produce 6 days a week without having to man your own stall. Vendors are still welcome and encouraged to attend the Thursday & Saturday market days to hand sell and provide education and community engagement with your products.
